The Morgan MMA training nugget is designed to be used as an all-out ground and pound bag training assault bag. The cage bag has been manufactured to withstand the highest levels of punishment, just as in any type of MMA training, our training nugget can be slammed, thrown, ground and pounded and whatever else you can think of throwing at it. Made using 950D rip stop vinyl, heavy industrial grade thread and filled in Australia using premium rags allows us to ensure that bag dense, evenly balanced and resilient during the hardest of workouts.
