  • 1. Exchanges Made Easy: Need a different size or color? Place a new order for the correct item to get it shipped ASAP. Then, return the original for a refund or credit—this ensures your new gear doesn’t sell out.

Pre-Paid Return Labels

We’ll send you a pre-paid. The cost ($10–$25, depending on size) will be deducted from your refund or credit. Easy and affordable!

What You Need to Know

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Not Returnable:

    Sale/clearance items.

    Custom or personalised orders.

    Gift cards.

    Hygiene-sensitive items (like wraps or shorts).

If your return doesn’t meet these conditions, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost to have it sent back—so check carefully before returning!

How To Request A Return

2. Go to Your Account

Navigate to your account dashboard.

3. Select Your Order

Locate and select the order you wish to return.

4. Click Return Request

Choose the "Return Request" option for the selected order.

5. Provide Details

Select the reason for your return and add any additional notes for the reviewer.

6. Submit Request

Click "Request Return" to submit your request.

7. Review Process

If your return window is still open, your request will be sent for review.

8. Approval Notification

You’ll receive an email notifying you if your return request is approved or rejected.
