Returns Policy

Please be aware that the customer must double-check their order before finalizing it (color, size, quantity).

If changes are required to the order after it has been processed and dispatched, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange or reimbursement. Shipping costs are not refundable in this case. Customers can use any courier service or they can drop it off for free.

Our Return Process

NOTE: Maxmyer does not charge a fee for returns. But customers are responsible for the delivery cost.

If you are unhappy with any products for any reason, please return them to us within 60 days in the same condition in which you received them, and we will store credit or refund them. If you want to exchange your item for another, the best way to ensure that you get the proper item is to create a new order and re-purchase it so that it arrives as soon as possible.

Once we get the returned item, we will refund you straight immediately. This ensures that you get the replacement item as soon as possible, that your inventory does not sell out, and that you enjoy free delivery on the new item if it is over $200.

To make things even easier, we offer you a pre-paid postage label that is easily subtracted from your credit or refund; the cost will depend on the size and weight of the item. This is generally less expensive than ordinary shipping through Australia Post, and you can print it at home or work and drop it in a post box, or take your smartphone to a post office and they will handle it for you!

How to Know Your Return is Accepted

To avoid an embarrassing conversation later on, please read the following carefully:

  • Items being returned must be brand new and in their original condition. This implies unworn, unused, unmarked, unwashed, and still in its original condition, with tags attached and retail packing intact.
  • Items must be repackaged exactly as you got them, with tags remaining attached, and all packaging must be included with your return. This also implies that you cannot destroy the retail packing; otherwise, your return may be rejected.

Finally, if we are unable to accept your return, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it to you. So please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Sometimes it happens accidentally! But we at Maxmyer always try our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible! Firstly, please contact our Customer Service Team with photographs of the suspected malfunction, a thorough explanation of the situation, and any other relevant information so that we can examine the problem and take the appropriate measures to get the item fixed, replaced, or reimbursed.

We want to complete this procedure ASAP, but we appreciate your patience! Our team will keep you informed throughout the process and advise you on how to proceed with any future steps.
