Maxmyer shipping policy

At Maxmyer, we understand the importance of timely and secure delivery. Our dedicated Shipping Policy is designed to ensure that your orders reach you in pristine condition and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Standard Shipping

We provide free shipping* across Australia on all orders over $200. However, regular shipping charges will be applied to any purchases under $200.

Order Tracking

As soon as your purchase has been delivered it’s ready to be picked up by our shipping carrier. Then, you will receive an email with an update and a link to track it! You may also use this tracking number to check the status and expected arrival date of your product.

Important Shipping Terms

Maxmyer is unable to provide deal prices outside of the specific deal durations. If you buy an item outside of this time frame, it will be at its original price.

  • Orders submitted before 2 p.m. on weekdays receive same-day dispatch; however, the Maxmyer team works over the weekend to guarantee that any weekend orders are ready for pickup on Monday.
  • Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
  • Delivery dates are based on working days (which exclude public holidays).
  • In the exceedingly unlikely event that we are unable to locate an item in our warehouse, we will contact you as soon as possible and do our utmost to guarantee your order leaves on time.
  • We ask that you understand any unexpected delivery delays with our shipping carriers; while they do an excellent job, delays do occur from time to time. For example, Australia Post says that 90% of orders that do not arrive by the specified date will be delivered within three business days.
  • If your purchase is only a day or two late with Standard Shipping, don’t get anxious; it’ll probably come soon. If your order is four days or later with Standard Shipping, please Contact Us and we will look into it further.

New Zealand Shipping

Delivery Times

All orders to New Zealand will be dispatched using Australia Post Express Courier International. They recommend a 3-4 business day shipping time to most parts of New Zealand, although some customers have reported delivery as quickly as overnight.

Customs/Duties

All costs must be paid by the client upon delivery of the order. Orders cannot be returned to the sender, and Maxmyer will never pay the customs duties on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be abandoned. Maxmyer will not be answerable for any financial damage as a result of this. We cannot label international orders as gifts to avoid or minimize customs taxes; this is an illegal activity that we, as an established business, will not engage in.

Heavy Items

Due to the high size of some products, such as Boxing Bags and Stands, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time. We do carry certain Boxing Bags that ship empty and you may fill them yourself; please contact our Customer Support team at max@maxmyer.com.au for more information.

Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed, you should:

Sometimes, shipments can experience unforeseen delays. Please wait an additional day or two before taking any action.
