We provide free shipping* across Australia on all orders over $200. However, regular shipping charges will be applied to any purchases under $200.
As soon as your purchase has been delivered it’s ready to be picked up by our shipping carrier. Then, you will receive an email with an update and a link to track it! You may also use this tracking number to check the status and expected arrival date of your product.
Maxmyer is unable to provide deal prices outside of the specific deal durations. If you buy an item outside of this time frame, it will be at its original price.
All orders to New Zealand will be dispatched using Australia Post Express Courier International. They recommend a 3-4 business day shipping time to most parts of New Zealand, although some customers have reported delivery as quickly as overnight.
All costs must be paid by the client upon delivery of the order. Orders cannot be returned to the sender, and Maxmyer will never pay the customs duties on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be abandoned. Maxmyer will not be answerable for any financial damage as a result of this. We cannot label international orders as gifts to avoid or minimize customs taxes; this is an illegal activity that we, as an established business, will not engage in.
Due to the high size of some products, such as Boxing Bags and Stands, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time. We do carry certain Boxing Bags that ship empty and you may fill them yourself; please contact our Customer Support team at max@maxmyer.com.au for more information.
