Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Free shipping on all orders over $200 across Australia, excluding bulky and heavy items.

Orders under $200 will incur a standard shipping fee.

Bulky items are excluded from the free shipping offer. Each bulky item will incur a flat shipping fee of $15.99, regardless of order value.Bulky item shipping notes are clearly displayed on the product detail page before purchase.

Heavy items shipping will be calculated based on distance and weight
NOTE: Most orders will be processed within 24/48hrs of being received. However due to stock being held in different locations, some orders will be processed within 2-4 business days of being received.
Bulky Items Shipping
Some products are classified as bulky items due to their size, weight, or handling requirements (e.g. Belly Pads, Thigh Pads, Body Pads, Chest Guards).

Bulky items are charged $15.99 per item for shipping.

Free shipping over $200 does not apply to bulky items.

If your order contains both regular and bulky items, shipping fees will be calculated accordingly at checkout.
Heavy Items Shipping

Due to size and weight, products like filled boxing bags, freestanding bags, punching bags, wall mounted bags and stands are currently only available for Australian shipping. Plus there shipping cost will be calculated based on distance and weight.
You can also buy empty bags and get them filled locally. Shipping will be free for empty bags if value will be more that $200.

Tracking Your Delivery

Delayed or Lost Orders

Delays: While most orders arrive on time, unforeseen delays can occur. If your order is 4 days late with standard shipping, please reach out to us, and we’ll investigate.

Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at max@maxmyer.com.au. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Delivery dates are based on business days and exclude public holidays.

We recommend allowing an additional day for deliveries during busy periods or public holidays or sales.

Ownership and responsibility for goods are transferred to you upon delivery to your specified address.

New Zealand customers are responsible for customs and duties upon delivery. MaxMyer cannot cover these charges.
