This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made through https://maxmyer.com.au.
We want you to love what you order from MaxMyer. If something isn’t right, our process is designed to be fair, simple, and in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
1. General
We offer refunds, repairs, and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Policy.
Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please read this carefully so you know your rights and what to expect from us if you’re not satisfied with your order.

For non-major failures, you are entitled to
- have the goods repaired or replaced within a reasonable time, or
- cancel the purchase and receive a refund.
If there is any inconsistency between this Policy and the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law will prevail.
3. Change of Mind & Returns
If you change your mind or order the wrong item, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or exchange, provided that:
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product has not been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
- The product is returned in brand-new condition, with tags and original packaging included.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Important:
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We provide a pre-paid return label ($10–$25 depending on size), which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- For exchanges, a standard shipping fee will be added to the new order when we dispatch the replacement item.
4. Products Damaged During Delivery
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us as soon as possible with photos and details.
- Return the damaged product in the condition received, with packaging and extras included.
- We will repair, replace, or refund the item quickly.
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
5. Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalised orders
- Gift cards
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. wraps, shorts)
We may also refuse a return if:
- The product was misused and caused the problem.
- You were aware of the issue before purchase.
- You requested alterations against our advice.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If your return is due to a fault covered under the Australian Consumer Law, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and sending a replacement
- If your return is for a change of mind, incorrect size, or preference, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or credit.
- When sending out an exchanged item, a standard shipping fee will apply on your new order.
- If we arrange collection or inspection and the item is found not eligible for refund/repair/replacement, you’ll need to cover those additional costs.
7. Processing Time
We aim to process all refunds, replacements, or repairs within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds are issued in the same form as the original purchase.
8. How to Return Items
- Log in to your MaxMyer account
- Go to your account dashboard.
- Select the order you want to return.
- Click “Return Request.”
- Select your reason and add notes if needed.
- Submit your request.
- We’ll review your request and notify you of approval/rejection via email.
