The Rival RHG2 Hybrid Headgear is built for boxers who want solid protection in sparring without losing sight of their opponent. It's the thinnest, lightest headgear in Rival's range, and it has been a fighter favourite in the Rival line since 2003.

The hybrid concept is what sets it apart. Rival took the open, low-profile shape of an amateur competition headgear and added compact cheek protectors from its traditional training headgear. You get extra coverage across the cheekbones, while the smaller cheek guards keep your peripheral vision clear for reading shots and slipping punches.

Getting a secure fit takes seconds. The roller buckle chin strap clips on and off smoothly, the classic lace-top adjustment fine-tunes the fit at the crown, and reverse double hook and loop straps at the back hold everything in place through hard rounds. Inside, a microfibre lining with a soft, suede-like feel sits comfortably against the skin.

From first sparring sessions to fight camp, this durable, all-leather headgear suits fighters at every level. Choose Black, Blue, Red or White in sizes S to XL. Measure around your head at its widest point and check the size chart before ordering. To keep it in top condition, wipe it down after each session, air-dry it out of direct sun, and keep Vaseline and oils off the leather.

Returns Policy

Maxmyer does not charge a fee for returns. But customers are responsible for the delivery cost. If changes are required after the order has been dispatched, the customer will bear all non-refundable shipping costs. Returns are accepted within 30 days, same condition in which you received them. Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be issued as soon as possible to the original payment method. 

Shipping Policy

Get free shipping across Australia on all orders over $195. However, regular shipping charges will be applied to any purchases under $195. Customers receive an email with tracking information once their order is picked up by the shipping carrier. Allow 3-10 business days for delivery. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday and/or Public Holiday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Shipping charges will be added for heavy products such as heavy bags and medicine balls.

Heavy or filled item may take upto 3 to 4 weeks to dispatch. Shipping costs depend on the item’s size, weight, and your location.
