Returns Policy

Maxmyer does not charge a fee for returns. But customers are responsible for the delivery cost. If changes are required after the order has been dispatched, the customer will bear all non-refundable shipping costs. Returns are accepted within 30 days, same condition in which you received them. Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be issued as soon as possible to the original payment method. 

Shipping Policy

Get free shipping across Australia on all orders over $195. However, regular shipping charges will be applied to any purchases under $195. Customers receive an email with tracking information once their order is picked up by the shipping carrier. Allow 3-10 business days for delivery. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday and/or Public Holiday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Shipping charges will be added for heavy products such as heavy bags and medicine balls.

Heavy or filled item may take upto 3 to 4 weeks to dispatch. Shipping costs depend on the item’s size, weight, and your location.
